Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Process

We do not accept cancellations after quotation acceptance and e-signature on the agreement. No advance payments, token money, or full amounts are refundable.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Service quality issues
• Incorrect billing
• Absence of staff due to emergency, medical, or family reasons
• Emergency situations affecting our company

Refunds will be calculated after deducting taxes and payment gateway fees from the original amount.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7-10 days using the original payment method, or we will ask the client for an alternative method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

All services and products are non-refundable. No advance payments, token money, or full amounts are refundable.
